I reached out about getting a mini split added to my office, as it gets incredibly hot during the summer because of where it is in the house and lack of shade on that side of the house.

I attempted this last year, but the other company I contacted could not get the item I had ordered/they offered to me, and kept trying to get me to "upgrade" to a much more expensive unit.

When I reached out to this company, they were able to get someone out the next day to give a quote, and I was able to schedule for the next week.

They communicated any status of the technician and equipment, and everything has been installed, works great, and was the exact price quoted.

I'm definitely ready for summer, now!

The other night our AC went out. Being a member of Parker & Sons family plan I called them. They say that they will be to you in minutes not days. They told me that they might be able to get someone out late the next day. I cancelled my membership. I started looking online and found Mike's company who's website says open 24 hours. I called at 1100pm and Mike answered. He said they were busy but he would have someone out between 7-11am. They arrived at 630am. I was at work and my wife called me to let me know how much the quote was and why. I am not a very trusting person so I looked up what they said and realized that these large companies who offer maintenance plans do not do anything when they come out. They are looking to find something and hoping for the larger repairs. They got our unit going and were scheduled to come back when our unit went out again. I called Mike and he had his tech come back out that night. Now it looked like it was our zone board and I was told that they would get the downstairs zone working for the night and come back out the next morning with the part and their expert on zones. Honestly I am thinking that this is going to cost a fortune on top of what we already paid. The next day they came out, replaced the zone board for a price that made me feel like I ripped them off and everything is working great. Mike and his team are honest hard working people that really do want to do the right things and we are so grateful. We will continue to use them and stay away from the big companies. Thank you

Great Service!! Daniel is an awesome technician. Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us details on how our system was working and what would help to increase it's reliability. Our a/c broke down we called for an appointment. We explained we had kids at home and we needed repairs done as soon as possible. Michael came by and fixed our A/C. We’re blessed to have an angel of good will come to our home. Thank you Michael for a speedy service and rapid repairs.

From start to finish these guys we're awesome! Super knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. It's hard to trust a lot of A/C companies or technicians because most just want to rack up a large ticket for the customer and make the commissions. These guys don't do that, they give it to you straight and actually care about the customer which is hard to find! We will always use We Fix It Home Service from now on! A two minute job was $300 what a joke. Not to mention Michael seemed irritated and came off rude with some of his comments. Unfortunate because this place has good reviews from most people and one employee can change that.
