He texted me to let me know he was on his way, he was very polite and easy to talk to as well. He worked for a large AC company for several years and I trust his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend him to family and friends and will have him back in the fall for maintenance again.

Anthony was just very very very reliable and was able to assist the day I called. He was prompt he was courteous and he went right to the job and got it done correctly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My a/c went out in the middle of summer on a holiday. I called a number of places but Proficient Mechanical returned my call within a few minutes. The owner said he could be here within the hour. He showed up on time, was reasonably priced, explained everything he did and showed pictures of his work. Not only will we use him again but I will definitely refer my friends. Anthony and his company are great, on time and knowledgeable. I will have him out this fall to check my heater tp keep me warm in the winter and again every spring to check my A/C to keep me nice and cool in the summer heat. Highly recommend.

I had sent in a request on Nextdoor to see if anyone referred an HVAC company since the company I sent out there stated I needed a new AC unit. Anthony stated that he would go out to my rental property in Tempe and would give his 2nd opinion! He gave me honest feedback and fixed the issue to at least give my renters some AC! He came out when he said he would and was not just trying to make a sale, but was really trying to help and for this I will definitely use their services again and refer them as well!!!
