I’m new to AZ and not at all yet used to this heat so my family definitely freaked a little when we realized our AC wasn’t working. Proficient Mechanical came highly recommended from several of my neighbors. He was able to come quickly and we felt he was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. We are so pleased with the amazing service and don’t think we could find another professional we would trust as much. Thank you Anthony!!

Anthony came out to fix our air conditioner when it stopped working this weekend! He let us know what was wrong that needed to be fixed that day but also let us know that we needed to look at getting a few things fixed in the near future just for our information. He did not try to convince and pressure my husband of it needing to be done that day like so many other technicians do. We were so grateful for the additional information we asked him to fix them as well. My house is once again cool in this hot summer!
I would highly recommend him! He was very professional and courteous. Knowledgeable and quick, not only in his work but scheduling us as well! We will do business with him again.

I called Anthony to set up an appointment for the next week. He had same day availability, so I booked him for that day. He messaged me when he was on his way, and came earlier than anticipated. Anthony was professional, respectful and very thorough. He had the parts available to repair what needed, and prices were reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

Anthony was out to do a Spring Check up on my A/C before the HOT weather comes.
Anthony was very knowledgeable, honest and very informative. He shared a lot of good information about my A/C and things to do and be on the lookout for since I have an older system.
He even took some extra time in the attic to inspect my furnace and make sure it was in working order.

If you have a home warranty and have AC issues- CANCEL IT! We had enough of the bandaids and headache and we found Anthony. He came out (within 24 hours) and explained to us perfectly what is wrong with the units and what we needed to make it survive. Long story short we ended up getting two new units. We had a great experience with Anthony owner of the business. He was right on time and willing to answer all of our questions. He did a very thorough job explaining what was done. He is very respectful of our property. We felt his price was reasonable and we are pleased with what he did. We feel better going into the summer with this maintenance done. Anthony came out to repair my AC in a very timely manner. He quickly diagnosed, repaired, and inspected the AC system. It was an all around very professional experience. He seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and use again for future AC needs.
