I came home to a warm house and realized my AC was not working. I placed a phone call to Reliable Climate and was assured they would be able to do an urgent service. Brandon was at my home within an hour and the problem was diagnosed and repaired the same evening. He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I can't say enough about how great the service was! I highly recommend them!

Owner/Brandon did the service on my AC unit. Showed up right on time. Took his time explaining the procedures he was going to be doing, as I had a couple of questions. I went on the roof with him to watch and pick his brain. My unit had two capacitors showing low voltage that needed to be replaced. Brandon was very professional in a friendly sort of way. I will be using Reliable Climate for any future AC/HEATING needs. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon was fantastic. He was on time, extremely quick and knowledgeable. I have no reason to call any other company for my properties.

Brandon my technician, was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. My AC had gone out during the night and he set up an appointment the next day that worked with my schedule. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, a blown fuse. He then did a system check and answered any questions I had and what I might expect with the ac system. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Professional, personable and came earlier than his service call window. Brandon took care of my outside AC unit before the 111 degree temps hit today. Very impressed and pleased with his service call and repairs. Definitely recommending him to others.

Brandon was excellent! Brandon came out on time and then drove over an hour round trip to pick up a part for our AC, so it could be up and running the same day. Really appreciated him and would definitely use him again, as well as refer him to others!

Brandon is life saver! Literally - this heat out here is NO joke. He rocks. Yes.. as all the reviews say... he is honest as the day is long. He came within the hour and fixed my system. He did not try to upsell us on anything. He fixed what was really broken with new replacement parts within an hour. I give him a big thumbs up!

We were highly impressed with Brandon. He was patient, took his time (out in the 100+ heat, on the roof!) to troubleshoot our Aunt's air conditioner. He didn't charge us a ton for the time he spent, he didn't automatically try and make an expensive repair or sell us a new air conditioner.

This is our legally blind Aunt whose house he was in and he was just - a trustworthy individual - even helped her pick up some fresh spinach she'd dropped on the floor.

We would strongly recommend him for anyone, even over the very nice man who put in our system earlier this year. Brandon is awesome, a worthy individual.

One of my two A/C units was not working this morning when I woke up for work. I set a time for Brandon to meet in the afternoon and he was on time, charged a fair price for the repair, and was very professional.
