It was a couple of years since my AC was serviced. I called up a few big guys in the valley but they were booked up for several weeks. I decided to try these guys although they were relatively new and I am so glad I did. Not only did they service my AC but they also found that the fan on my outdoor AC unit was spinning the wrong way and was sucking in air instead of blowing it out. Looks like for the past several years it was wired incorrectly. They took their time to troubleshoot the issue and eventually fixed it without asking for additional charges. They did point me to a few issues since my system is 15 years old but at no point did they push me to get anything done.
I would highly recommend these guys. They seem to know their stuff and are honest.

Came when I most needed him. Got my air conditioner running, and saved me and my wife from a night of blistering arizona heat.
Price was reasonable. Would use them again.

I called on a Friday afternoon with a broken A/C and they squeezed me in to the end of the day. The guys were completely honest and over-the-top professional and after dealing with another companies bizarre antics earlier in the day that was a particularly awesome experience. I will recommend everyone I know to these guys for HVAC service.

Mountainside Air is Very good company in Arizona. They are trustworthy, punctual and very kind. They came to my home on very short notice, fixed the problem and waited to make sure that my house is worm enough for my sick husband and me . Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I had another company out that inspected my units and found a couple of issue items. They were trying to suck me into a 5 year service contract with waiving the costs of the repairs. On line the reviews of customers all said they had the similar experience and every year that company found more issues and more costs. I reached out to Tom with Mountainside from a friends referral. He responded immediately and did a no cost second opinion. They did the repairs that were needed (Less than what the other company had quoted) no pressure to repair or use them and no pressure to lock into any contracts. Professional, Clean, took time to explain issues and findings. Will use Mountainside from here on out.
