They were recommended to me & it was my first time calling this company. They were able to get out to fix my broken AC the same day I called. They were on time, fast, efficient, thorough, fair & friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, just replaced the broken part and let me know what I needed to do to keep my system running as long as possible. I was very pleased with my experience with them. I will definitely recommend them and they are now my "go to" AC company.

Of course our AC went down on Saturday night when it was 115 degrees out. Mountainside was very responsive. Clair who I spoke with on the phone Sunday morning was kind and understanding and they squeezed me in just a few hours later. Found and fixed the problem as they had the part on the truck. Couldn’t have been happier.

Tom at Mountainside Air came recommended to me - Very happy with the detail put into servicing both our AC Units. We are in a new house (under a year old) and I wanted them to come in and assess the work done prior to our 1 Home warranty expiring. They got a lot of dirt out of both units and let me know I don't have Flood switches on the drip pans in the attic/crawl space. Definitely recommend them.
