Tom and Mountainside air installed my new AC unit.

As a landlord I was in a time crunch to get a new unit in. I reached out to a few different companies. Mountainside won me over with every aspect of company.
From the professional phone call in the beginning to the handshake after the installation.

A few months after the installation my a thermostat had a glitch. Tom was at my house within 1 hour to quickly fix the problem.

Professionalism, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable and reliable. They will forever be my AC company.

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix. Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

Amazing to find a business that is outstanding in AC install & repair. This company really is for the customer. Unlike others which I’m not allowed to give names.
I’m a senior live alone in country 50 miles north of Phoenix.
When my ac went out I was terrified. No ac company will come this far. My son found Tom & his group. They came to me, checked my ac & told me my 20 yr old ac has died.
With in 1 hour they had a crane here to take old AC off roof & put up a new ac. Within 3 hrs I had a new working ac.
They returned next day when I called about adjusting temp.
This company is far & above others in Phoenix. In Service & customer considered.

Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and we feel like we can trust Mountainside to do a great job at a fair price.

Update: We decided to replace our unit and we chose to work with Tom and Steve at Mountainside Air. They did an excellent job. They were flexible with scheduling, professional, quick, capable and most importantly, honest. They even gave us an upgraded unit because the one we purchased wasn't going to arrive in time for our scheduled install. We are glad we found a great company and highly recommend them.

A year later: While we were out of town our blower broke. We called Mountainside Air and Steve was at our house 5 minutes later to fix the problem. We trust these guys enough to give them a code to enter our home. They got right in and located the issue quickly. They hustled and found the part we need (which is nothing short of a miracle these days). Within just a few hours everything was working again. We highly recommend this company. They are excellent!

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small "unrepairable" leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable.
