THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. I contacted this company to have them provide me a quote for replacing the ac at one of my properties that caught on fire. They were going to give me a quote for the ac duct work and the ac. I paid them $69.00 for that on the spot and they said they would send me an estimate. They also informed me that they could help me with the plumbing so I paid them an additional $39.00 while they were there to evaluate that. I was told that due to the severity of the claim that I would be contacted by another estimator. When that estimator contacted me I gave them the lock box code to gain access but I never once received a receipt or estimate. I called about 2 weeks later to find out where my estimates were and they told me that they didn't have them yet and that they would have to go back out. I told them that I really needed it to submit to the insurance company and again they did not perform. When I called in about 6 weeks after initial contact to get my money back they claimed they emailed the estimates. I asked the gentleman on the phone to verify my email address as I said I have received nothing from them and the email address he gave me was incorrect when I informed him that this was the wrong email address and told him the right one he immediately stated oh, that is the one I have in the system and that it was my fault and that they wouldn't refund my money still because they sent the estimates. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he wouldn't transfer me. I asked him to re-send the estimates to the correct email address and he refused. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

We have used Empire for our HVAC & plumbing home needs in the 2 homes we own in Mesa Arizona for over 15 years & will continue. Thanks for everything you have helped us out with!

They did a biannual service on our two air-conditioning systems at two of our houses, and also filter services. Great work!

Called Saturday Morning around 11:00 AM for help on our air conditioner which was blowing hot air. By Saturday at 12:30 PM they were on the job and completed by 1:15 PM with cool air in the house. They have always been reliable and courteous. There quality of work is at the highest standard.

They answered when I called. They were competitive with their rates. They got out to my rental property within an hour and fixed the problem. My tenant said they treated her with exceptional respect and care. I would def call back next time I need a plumber!

Have used a lot of plumbing and air conditioning companies throughout my lifetime. I've learned that when it comes to plumbing, the cheapest quote is never a good idea. Find a company who is professional and knows what they're doing.
