Called out for an emergency water leak. Plumber called me and told me the parts store was closed so he couldn’t come. All we needed was some copper pipe and fix a pinhole leak. What’s the point of offering all hours service if your tech doesn’t have any materials on his truck? He refused to go to Home Depot for some reason. Receptionist said she’d call me back to find another tech and never did.
