Bill from BNC has been servicing our trusty old a/c unit for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else near it. Over the years when repairs have been needed, he is able to come right away and does everything he can do get it back up quickly. Prices are incredibly fair and honest, and he explains everything he's doing and what I need to do to keep it going.

Came home at 9PM last Friday to no A/C and hot house. Was referred to BNC by a good friend whose used them several times and referred them previously and those people raved too. Even though I told Bill it could wait until morning he insisted on coming out that night in case it needed a part he didn't have. Lucky for me he did have the part and the unit was fixed and cost did not give me a cardiac. Super grateful for the save and happy to have a trustworthy go to for any future issue. THANKS!
