All Area A/C & Heating

UPDATE:
I wanted to leave a new review as Oscar once again came to my rescue today. It appears I cannot. So I’m updating my original review.
Just as he predicted in 2019, the same thing happened to my second unit that happened to my first. And he got it done. Our whole family uses him for our personal residences and rental properties. We trust him implicitly because he’s always shown us we can.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
On the recommendation of several acquaintances, I had Oscar service my two units in Spring 2018. I was late in scheduling him for service this year, so when my downstairs A/C start blowing hot at 10pm one evening, I knew it was time to call him.
I politely waited until morning, I'm no heathen. He answered the phone quickly, knew the issue, and was out to my place within just a few hours. THE SAME DAY. IN JULY. IN PHOENIX. He topped off my Freon in both units, we discussed a plan for a permanent fix, and he charged me FAIRLY. Freon is 100% a place I've been gouged before, but because he doesn't think it's fair to hold Freon for ransom, he charged appropriately and went on his merry way.
There was a monsoon that night.
And I woke up the next day to that same unit being dead. I called him again, and he was out within a few hours - AGAIN. What?!?! Legit service? This guy is amazing.
He assessed the situation, explained it in an easy to understand, but not-condescending way; then he told me what he was going to do both outside at my compressor and inside at my air handler. He worked fast and efficient, and gave me an update on the second unit and how I might encounter the same issue there, but we'd cross that road when we got to it because - get this - he's mindful of what it costs me. BOOM!

Moral of this story? Oscar is a GEM. He's responsive, works efficiently and quickly, and is FAIR. He knows what he's doing and operates his business with integrity. I'm here for it.

I called Oscar on a Sunday and told him our A/C was out he asked me to send him my address and would be at my house by 6:30 pm or earlier and he did not disappoint he was at my house and got our A/C running for us. I highly recommend Oscar he’s very professional and honest. Thank you Oscar for coming out on a Sunday.

Oscar has always done a great job for me. He helped me squeeze a few more years out of my old unit. When it finally conked out, he was there the next day with the new unit. It was installed and running in a manner of minutes.

We installed a thermostat by ourselves and that caused our AC to not work so we called All Area A/C & heating and they were able to come so fast. Oscar was the one who came. He was very nice and courteous, very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Our air went out Sunday morning and I called to request a repair for the same day. Oscar set our appointment for 11:30-12:30. He arrived at 12:00 pm and began looking inside at the thermostat first and then made his way out to the ac unit. He explained the repairs and made recommendations. Our air was on by 1:30 and by 2:00pm I was napping in the cool air.
