Oscar was awesome, first and foremost. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to quickly determine the faulty parts on 4 different AC components and get me a solid estimate. He followed up on his work and finished across 2 days. I've never used the service but was treated like a priority. He also taught us how to ensure our units are properly serviced moving forward. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

So happy I found Oscar, Both times my AC unit quit working it was in the middle of summer of course & in the evening time. I called spoke with Oscar I explained what was going on he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Will be calling him soon to get set up on a maintenance plan for my air-conditioning unit. I want to thank Oscar and the amazing company he works for. My A/C’ was stalling and it was reaching 86 inside the house when it was around 9am this morning. Within a couple of hours Oscar came out to see what the problem was. He installed a new motor within 30 minutes. Now I came enjoy the sweet cold air in my house. Thank you guys for responding quickly and helping me make it through this years hot summer.

Oscar from All Areal AC and Heating is Legit. He is extremely thorough, professional, and is not out to just take your money. I had an issue with my AC and we thought that we needed to replace a compressor which could have been over $2000. He could have easily said that's what I needed and took my money.
Instead he suggested to check and replace my AC breaker and replace my fuses and my problem was solved. Call Oscar he's Honest , thorough and a real Professional.

My ac wasn't blowing as cold as usual called Oscar he came out the same day within 2 hours. Stated my ac was low on froen told us it'll cost 140 per pound and said we needed 4 pounds ended up charging 420 said he gave us a pound for free we trusted his word and paid him. Only to find out from 2 different friends who work in the same field that we were extremely overpriced and 4 pounds should have been a little over 60 bucks. And normally its cost less than half of what we paid to fill the entire unit. Very disappointed wish I would have waited until the morning and saved hundreds. I appreciate him coming out promptly and addressing the problem I just feel a very cheated.

I don't even know where to begin to praise the professionalism and pride of work this company displays at every opportunity. Oscar and team was very profession during the replacement of my AC system. Their prices are competitive but the level of service provided was so far above and beyond that I would gladly pay more. I highly recommend them. I tried going through my home warranty first and was matched with another AC company who was extremely unresponsive, poor customer service, expensive and yet was booked out far. All Area AC showed up next day and got my issue resolved within just a couple days. A week after my new AC was installed...I got a call back from the home warranty company to schedule the repair. Night and day difference in level of service.

Oscar was one of the only responsive professionals who provided us service when we had our AC go out at 9:30pm at night while it was still 106 degrees out. Though he needed a part, it was comforting to have someone come by and look it over and let us know what is going on and what to expect. He was able to come back and fix our AC unit the next day. We appreciated his help and diligence.
