EDIT: See below response to my original review of this company. Owners wife contacted me 2 months after my initial review. She apologized and blamed everything on a former employee. She told me she couldn't refund money for the part that was installed (understandable) but would be more than happy to refund the $100 for the service call. I felt that to be reasonable. I said I would edit my original review so here I am. I was told a check was being mailed on March 3 for $100 it's the 15th and have not received the check. This company obviously has some issues with customer service. I don't even care about the $100 however it would have shown good business, honorable and honest. This company is none of those things. Again I say BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Our heater wasn't working properly, it worked intermittently, that was what we told 1st Air Co. Paid $100 for service call. We were told we needed a new part that would cost $510, we agrred to have the part installed. The heater was working when Tech left, however inmediately was still only work intermittently. Exactly the same as before. Called 1st Air Co., they sent tech vack, we were then told it would be another $800 to repair. I called office to discuss. I wanted to know why the first part didn't fix the problem and questioned if that had even been necessary. I was promised a phone call from the office manager or the owner that afternoon. Never received that phone call, instead the tech called to advise that he couldn't come back to install new part for 3 days. I told him not to get the part because I wanted to speak to office manager first. Still never received a call. After a few days we decided to call a different company that came out the same day, went on our roof and inspected, said he tightened a couple things, charged $80 for service call and now our heater works perfect. Still don't think we needed the initial $500 part and know 100!% for sure the $800 part they wanted to put in wasn't necessary. The whole experience was bad and expensive. Absolutely no customer service. We will never use nor recommend this company. Beware!!!!!!!

Alex went above and beyond to troubleshoot a very difficult problem to solve. He was very thorough and explained everything he tested in detail. He was friendly, respectful and worked very hard to solve our problems.

Happened across 1st AirCo through a recommendation from a friend after some bad experiences with a few other companies. Tried using the company that installed the unit for the previous owners, big mistake... Then I went to a cheap company, and we'll they're cheap for a reason...

So now 1st AirCo has been keeping me cool for the past 3 years. Quality work and a good price. Really good to work with. From the office to the techs, I have not had a bad experience.

1st AirCo did a great job at fixing my home Air Conditioning Unit. I contacted them in the morning for service, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule on the same day. Trevor arrived within the scheduled time, and he contacted me 20 minutes prior to his arrival at my home. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and gave me accurate estimates for the repairs needed on my AC unit. Customer service was great. AC was repaired and my house is cold.

I've been using 1st AirCo for approximately 15 years now after I received a referral from my neighbor. (I attempted to complete a thermostat upgrade myself and shorted out my unit.) I also used them to replace an old A/C-Heat Pump in my previous home and continue to use them today for routine maintenance.
1st AirCo has always been punctual, professional, and honest while providing stellar service. They provide service the way it's supposed to be, and while you have many options these days, you should give Trevor and the crew a chance to earn your business!

1st AirCo installed my system over a decade ago, and have been servicing the unit semi-annually ever since. Tom, Trevor, Mason and Nick - all quality guys, that do professional work. If you need it done right the first time, I can't think of a better company to recommend.
