Chris and his team were really professional and nice to work with. We bought a new home and scheduled a tune up. They had told us that our old unit was no good and that we needed a new one. While this was not what we were hoping to hear, they were very quick to get us the parts that we needed and installed a new unit very quickly and at an affordable price. We were referred to True Home Maintenance through our home warranty company four years ago. We’ve been using them ever since. They’ve installed a new system and maintained it well. They call us for our Fall and Spring service schedules just like their agreement says they will. The owner, Chris has been to our house a few times, as well as Scott. They’re very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When you find a company you feel you can trust, you don’t want to let them go. That’s True Home Maintenance for us. There are no words to describe the wonderful work that True Home Maintenance and AC provides to their customers. I don’t know where to begin because everything about this HVAC company is top notch. When it comes to a new install of an AC unit, the team of Brandon, Daniel, and Johnathan were incredible. They took their time, made sure everything was done correctly, and their work ethic can’t be compared to anyone else in the HVAC business. I have had a house refrigeration unit (heat pump) and a large evaporative cooler installed by scott and his team. They are prompt, efficient and competent. I will not hesitate to call them for future work.

A huge thank you to True Home Maintenance! Our AC crashed this morning and when I called True Home Maintenance, they got us in for today between 11 and 1. Travis texted me at 11:10 to let me know he was on his way. He was here 20 minutes later, found our issue quickly, repaired it and we were up and running an hour after his text. This is the second time they have come out to our home (the first time was for something completely different) and I cannot say enough how courteous, professional, trustworthy and reliable they are. Family owned and operated! Love to support local business owners. I am one myself and know how important word of mouth is. Our reputations are everything!

True Home Maintenance worked very patiently with my home warranty company to remedy my air conditioner failure and eventually install a new system. Every person working for True Home Maintenance is professional and caring. They take the time to explain every detail of the problem and the repair. They have outstanding communication skills. We used this company for a dishwasher repair. After unsuccessfully trying a different company named Oren Appliance Repair who incorrectly diagnosed the problem and replaced a part for $300 that did not need to be replaced we contacted True Home and had the pleasure of working with Kelly who quickly and easily replaced the correct part and resolved the problem 100%. I cannot say enough great things about True Home. We built a new house in 2018 and since then had lots of trouble with the company we were required to use. Chris with True Home came out and was honest when his work would risk negating our warranty. Now that we're out of the forced warranty period with that other company TRUE HOME AC is the ONLY company I TRUST and RECOMMEND to EVERYONE I meet.

They have come out the past few years to service our AC and today when I called to say my AC wasn’t working they had somebody out within an hour and he fixed it on the spot. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, I definitely trust them when it comes time to replace.
