Phil was the most thorough and considerate serviceman I’ve had in my house. He told me step by step what was wrong and was very thoughtful and considerate to my concerns about cost. Would definitely recommend this company.

The company was great. They showed up very fast. And had me up and running within a couple hours. He went above and beyond the normal service making sure that everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend for other people all right

I was referred to him by a friend of mine, so I called because my ac went out and needed someone ASAP as the following days are going to be 114 degrees +.

First of all I called and it seemed as if I called his personal number, didn’t sound as if it was a business answering. Anyways I proceeded to tell him that I was referred to him by so and so, I then asked what company he worked for as I didn’t get the company name, just the phone number he answers me with “this is lazier heating and cooling I own the company”. His tone of voice was as if I had offended him. He then asked “what did you need” I told him and he asks where I’m located, I told him where and then he sighed like I was an inconvenience... and said I can be there later tonight (again in a rude tone). I told him I would call back after I asked the prices. He txt me saying “ I need you to let me know in 10 minutes as I have another call” I told him I won’t be using his services because he was unprofessional and rude with me. He replied to me asking how we was unprofessional ... which is UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

I like it when the owner gets in there and gets his hands dirty and that's exactly what Phil did. Always at my house on time did the job and cleaned up after himself. Awesome job thank you Phil Lazier job well done.

I have worked with Phil for years nows. His knowledge and expertise are second to none! He is thorough and meticulus about his jobs! Always recommend this guy!

Phil is the most I’ll prepared crooked Havc person I have had work on my hvac unit. He cant weld or wire a motor much less . Save your self a lot of headaches and do not let this person on you property.

Phil Lazier put in our AC system and comes out twice a year for maintenance checkups. The AC is working great and Phil is very helpful.
