Worst customer service ever. They don’t work outside of 9 to 5 hours which was difficult for me and my wife to accommodate but we found a way to do so they also said they were going to call me 20 to 30 minutes before they showed up. They never called in advance and when they got here and I told him that it was a windy day and we had a glass piece on our patio fall and break that I haven’t cleaned up yet and it was gonna take me a little bit to clean it up so that I can put the dogs outside so they can work on the appliance. If they had called 20 to 30 minutes before hand like they were supposed to this entire situation would’ve been mitigated and on top of that I’ve been running around errands nearby the whole time they’re only lucky that I was here if they hadn’t called and I was still running an errand somewhere else they would’ve come to an empty house. Well when I told the guy that it was probably gonna take me 15 to 20 minutes to clean up the glass on the patio he gave me a bunch of attitude about how he can’t wait and all this other stuff. So essentially it’s his fault that I’m not ready for him to come here because he never called me to let me know and then he gives me attitude for something that he did wrong and told us that they wouldn’t come back and that I had to get my service company for the rental property to pick someone else absolutely worst customer service ever I would recommend anyone but this company.

Robert was able to come out in a timely manner, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional. His prices were more than fair and I’d recommend his services to anyone!
