Felix Appliance repair has a contractor with 2-10 home buyers warranty. 2-10 is very great company, but 2-10 contractor is a terrible company. Last Tuesday 2-10 sent Joey to diagnosed two of my refrigerators. Joey states the company will do dealing with SAMSUNG that okay. other refrigerator Joey found diagnosed he told us he will call us 7 days never receive any call from him Joey make this company look bad, terrible. People stay away from Felix appliance.

Joey came to fix our ice maker and clogged drain, he was very informative and kind explaining what was broken and why. He even went above and beyond and helped clean out behind the freezer drawer! He was prompt and efficient, would recommend to friends for sure.

Curt is the tech that responded to our need of freezer not working. Curt was kind, professional and thorough. He explained each step of what he was doing and why the problem existed.
I’m very impressed and will share this business with friends. Definitely will use Felix Appliance Repair again.

First things first...you must allow someone to serve you before you speak to their “customer service”. Crying over spilt milk, in this guys case broken glass, is pointless. And leaving a review when no work was done is gutless. I’ve used “Felix” twice now and have been more then satisfied. Robert is on time and perfectly trustworthy. His prices are exactly what I think they should be...fare but will keep him in business. CALL THIS GUY, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

Help! The Whirlpool washer is spewing water, like a demon! Who da ya call?!? Call Felix Appliance Repair! I made the call; Robert F. returned my call within mins. I did my best to explain the problem, he had me txt him a picture of the model number. He showed up the very next morning with the correct part needing to be replaced! I couldn’t be happier with this man’s prompt, professional service! The repair was done quickly & I will recommend Robert to friends & family!

Kurt had to come out a couple of times for my problematic microwave. He was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful each and every time. He was able to explain to me what was happening and I felt well taken care of.
