Horrible experience!!! We waited a week to have them come out in the middle of summer to repair our AC unit that was not working. Our home was 92 inside. Technician came and left reporting nothing was wrong, but never checked to ensure the air was functioning. The AC is still not working and they refused to send anyone back out again. Worst customer service we have ever experienced with a company.

I had an issue with my dryer. My warranty company had a large well known company come out to repair it. After 5 recall visits and various parts replaced, the issue remained unresolved. The technician talked down to me and basically told me I was imagining the problem. My warranty company then had Felix Appliance Repair come out for a second opinion. They were fantastic. They believed me and did not stop until they figured out the problem. They even contacted me to follow up throughout the process. I highly recommend Felix Appliance Repair!

We have had our washer broken for over two months, a different company has been coming and changing all different parts and they still couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Felix appliance had Kevin come on over and within a couple of minutes fixed our washer!!!!! Thank you so much Kevin!!! We will definitely only be using Felix appliance from now on!

I wish I could give Felix Appliance Repair more than 5 stars! This was by far the single best experience I've had with a repair technician. When I called to get an estimate I was greeting with a friendly voice and received a prompt return call from Robert to provide an estimate and schedule an appointment. Robert arrived within 5 minutes of the BEGINNING of my window. He showed me exactly what was wrong while he was working and was finished in 30 minutes. After being a customer service manager for a company that did appliance repair, I will never use anyone else to repair my appliances. THANKS ROBERT!

My refrigerator had not been working properly for about a month. (Too warm). Was deciding between trying to get it repaired or spending time and money to buy a new one. So glad I found Felix online and called them. He came out the next day, on time, knew right what the problem was and it was fixed in less than an hour! 2 and a half hours later my fridge temp is almost where it should be. Also, much cheaper than a new refrigerator. Wished I would have called Felix sooner.I highly recommend them. Thank you

Robert and his assistant came to our house to fix our washer. This was the second time we received service from Felix Appliance Repair. Both times were positive and professional. I have recieved service from other companies but prefer Felix Appliance Repair to others. I think you will too. Solid 5 star rating.

For a couple of years now we have had an irritating noise coming from our refrigerator periodically that had progressively gotten worse to the point of being unbearable. Planned on purchasing a new refrigerator but decided to have it checked by a professional. Chose Felix Appliance Repair because of their consistent 5 star ratings. I could no be happier with that choice. No need for a new refrigerator. Problem solved!! I highly recommend this company. Kevin was a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service tech.

Our dryer broke last week and we are a family of 6 that can not go with out laundry! We called Felix Mesa repair and with in 24 hours Kevin came out and got working on our dryer! He explained everything that had broken and why it wasn’t working. He even pointed out some safety issues we were unaware of. Definitely will call them again!
