This was the first time I have used 365 Mechanical and it was a very positive experience. I have a rental property with an elderly couple and their a/c was not working. They are extremely responsive, very professional, they can diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner, and we feel the value is right for the service. 365 provides top notch service. My A/C went down a couple of Summers ago and the owner of the company called me personally and sent someone that same morning. They provided a detailed estimate and were transparent about what they recommended and why. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and I haven't had a problem since.
