Brandon came out to do an AC check/tune-up for the beginning of the season today. He gave me honest answers to the state of my AC unit that I was not able to get from the 3 or 4 other companies that I needed to come out last year and fix various issues. My interaction with him and Innovation was very comfortable. I would recommend Brandon and Innovation to anyone looking for an honest, reliable AC repair company!

Innovation has come out to my home to help with maintenance and this year, the replacement of my AC. I received a completely reasonable estimate, they were very informative, and answered all of my questions and requests with professionalism. The only company in the valley I'd trust to come out and work on the AC another time.

They got me up and running again quick and easy. My compressor would not kick on and apparently I had a duct slip off one of my vents entirely, who knows how long ago. Brandon and his team found and fixed everything, now I'm sitting comfortable again. Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough about Brandon and Innovation A/C. They helped my elderly mother out of a bind from getting the run around from a Home Warranty Company who shall remain nameless FOR NOW and treated the whole issue with complete respect and professionalism. As a Talk Radio Host it’s rare that I endorse someone unless they show the highest degree of integrity and this company does! Do business with these people they care about people and that’s rare today!

If I could rate them zero I would. First they sent out an inexperienced technician. This technician told me the manager would be out with the new part the following morning. When the manager, Brandon came out he said he had to order the part. when I said that the technician the previous day had said that it would be installed today. Brandon said the first technician like I'm telling you the truth. The technician is any experienced and he thinks he fried my control panel. He said it's hard to come by and it will be a while before it could be fixed. He had no loaner room unit for me. He was rude. And then you refuse to further service my air conditioner. So yes folks, he further broke it and then dumped me.

Brandon came and got our ac up and running in no time! He was very nice and professional. And took the time to check everything before leaving. He even put dye in the lines just in case there is a leak that needs to be identified later.Thank you Brandon!!!!🤗
