Innovation Air Conditioning and Heating

Innovation Air installed a new HVAC package unit at my home after my 29 year old system recently failed during last weeks heat wave. They provided me with several quotes within hours of my call and had the new unit installed the day after I accepted one of the proposals. What a relief after suffering in the 97 degree temperatures for several days. Brandon (owner) came out and installed the unit himself so his team could honor their commitments to their other customers while he personally took care of my emergency. Great service and integrity!! Kathy and the rest of the staff were also so helpful and accommodating. I received several competitive bids and selected Innovation Air. Their price, quality and service won my business!

This team was really wonderful. It's as simple as that. Our AC system is an old one and broke down during the stress of summer. They didn't pressure us to buy a new system which we couldn't afford. Instead they really came through for us and invested their own time, energy and care to repair our existing system... even though it came to light that botched past repairs had made our system a real challenge. RJ and Brandon worked tirelessly in the harsh full sun of July and saw the job through. They weren't satisfied until our system was humming. We're so grateful for them.

I would like to thank God for this company from the bottom of my heart! They were the absolute greatest! I was out of AC for three days, I called and spoke with Brandon and advised him of my situation. I was dealing with a warranty company that had me setup with the worst company in Arizona, that left me without air for three days. Brandon advised me if I could get everything transferred to them he would have one of his guys come out and this was a Saturday morning, I was able to get everything transferred and the were out in less than 30 minutes. Mayo came out and was able to diagnos the problem and get everything fixed and up and running, I can not stress enough how blessed we were and how great they are. I definitely recommend this company to everyone! Thank you for everything!

These guys are the best. We had what most would call a "cursed" older condenser... the kind that won't cooperate, no matter what new parts you try to pacify it with.

We felt helpless when our long-time HVAC company stopped returning our calls during peak summer days, leaving us desperate to find an honest HVAC company who cared.

We are so grateful we found Cliff, Brandon, and RJ. While our warranty company also stopped answering their phones ... Cliff spent tireless days on hold for hours to keep ORHP on track with the parts, and eventually, the new unit we needed.

Brandon, the owner, kept ORHP honest and following through with their promises, even troubleshoooting some phantom electrical hvac strangeness.

And RJ... I have never seen anyone work 5 hours plus in direct peak sun without any breaks, or sitting... a true warrior in the face of our troublesome condenser of many years.

And for anyone reading this who's dealing with a warranty company, know that if other company techs are sent out, thet dont have to fix your system, they can just avoid the dispatch call like our old HVAC company did OR they can power through with dedication, fixing the hardest jobs that most HVAC companies dont want to!

This is the type of small business you never forget, and deserves chamionship praise for their dedication and good work. We love you.

These guys really came through with their word. They are extermly professional and very helpful. As home flippers we're not always the easiest to work with since we're all about cost and value. Though Brandon came up with a great solution which made perfect sense for all of us.

Not once was it hard to get a hold of them or a response within a reasonable time frame. We switched from our old AC company over to Innovations for good. It's nice to be able to fully trust guys that are personal and keep it real. I'd recommend this company to anyone 100%

Started off great. They were going to be late and communicated well. After that, HORRIBLE. Our second ac unit went out. We have a home warranty company that sent this company out. They said that our air compressor went out, and that they had to call the warranty company to approve. This was on a Tuesday. I had to contact them the following Monday because I never heard from them. Long story short, they forgot to call the warranty company and LIED about it. Home warranty verified saying that they called them and told them they forgot to call. This company tried to blame my warranty company. Never use these people. They never once apologized for their mistake. Poor business practice and lack of integrity.

Innovation Air Conditioning and Heating replaced both ac and heating units exactly as proposed, on time and for the quoted amount. All installation and installers were neat and professional. Work areas were left clean and old units were taken away. Two months after installation a service rep returned, spent two hours and completely tested and inspected entire system. I highly recommend Innovation Air Conditioning and Heating!
