Awesome staff and service. My HVAC unit gave out I called and Jon showed up the next day then the day after a new unit was installed. I called a couple of times and Jon came out the very next day on both calls to assess. The issues were not entirely replacement unit problems but Jon helped to troubleshoot and resolve all issues. Amanda is very helpful and friendly. Happy to have this service with the very best caring staff. Thank you.

Jon and his team were awesome! Very easy to work with. Did a great job installing my new AC and teaching me how to use the WIFI thermostat. If you are in need of a new AC or any AC work, these are guys for you!

Came out on short notice to second opinion a no heat issue that a previous company stated I would need an entirely new system for, at the cost of over 10 grand. Jon determined that the prior company was not honest in their assessment and showed me exactly what the problem was, saving me literally thousands of dollars. Jon came back a couple days later with all of the replacement parts (covered under warranty, which the prior company said it wouldn't be) and stayed late to finish the repair the same day. Very thankful there are still some honest people around these days - having to repair a heating/cooling system is expensive and stressful.

The integrity mechanical team replaced both units on my two story house. The install crew was on time and highly professional. The price quoted was accurate, with no surprises, my house cools faster and quieter than ever before. I can't say enough good things about the service received. They also went above and beyond to make sure all the parts warranty information was submitted and correct and checked in with me after to make sure I was happy! Great job!!! Edited a year later to add that my electricity bill is about $100 less per month over the summer, and everything is still working perfectly!!!!!

The process of replacing my HVAC system was effortless from start to finish. They really made me feel like family and I would definitely use them again if any problems come up. The guy named Jon was a really nice guy. He came to my house late at night and told me what my problem was with the AC. He also installed this temporary portable AC unit for my dogs and wife. I can’t thank him enough because I know he has a family and still went above and beyond to help me! Thanks Jon!

Jon at Integrity Mechanical has been nursing my HVAC along for a couple of years, but this year it was time to replace it. We found out that my original system was undersized for my house. Once we got the proper sized system installed and a new intake installed, it has made all the difference in the world! It is so quiet and heats so quickly - it is awesome. Throw in the fact that Jon helped me fill out the paperwork for a $750 rebate, I couldn't be happier! Thanks Integrity Mechanical!

Had a great experience dealing with Jon. Great communication. Got the job done. Don’t waste your time with any other hvac contractors. I had no idea just how bad my AC system was until they replaced it. Everything is amazing now! They did a great job installing and getting everything working. It was done quickly too! A+ Customer service!

My AC went out and they sent someone the same day. Their work was above and beyond. I highly recommend using them and I will again for an AC tune-up soon.
