Thank you for replacing our heating/cooling unit. The workers were prompt and courteous. They showed us the cracked pipes on the old unit. Gave thorough explanations to all our questions and helped us register & set up our thermostat. We appreciate the good service and pleasant attitude of the workers.

Oasis performed an excellent installation of my HVAC. They put a temporary AC unit in my bedroom window so I could endure the heat until my HVAC was installed. They were courteous and showed up when they said they would. They are a family owned business and would appreciate any business you can give them. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding company!! From sale rep and owner's son, Michael, to Angus, Joe and the rest of the crew everyone was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and got right to work. At the end of the day the work area was as clean if not cleaner than when they started. Upon finishing the job the next day there was a follow up inspection to ensure we were satisfied and there were no issues. I can't say enough good things about Oasis.

David and his team did great work. A tough install on the heater and they got everything to fit and work great. Can't wait to use the AC this summer. David stayed in contact at all times, answered all my questions, even about what other companies told me. His crew left things cleaner than they found them. Also the electricity bill came in and we saved money with our new A/C system it was quite a difference!

Our air handler kept shutting down making it very difficult to keep the house cool. We would have to keep adjusting it and and resetting it going for hours without any AC during a heat wave hitting the upper 80's inside. Oasis sent a tech named Joseph to help us. He was very professional and after examining the unit and asking us about what had been happening he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what it was, repaired it and tested the repair and gave us pointers on how to maintain the system going forward. He was respectful and a pleasure to talk to and the whole visit took less than an hour. The repair was done a week ago and now the system runs so smoothly and keeps the house so well regulated that I forget it is there. Additionally, the bill was so low from what we were expecting that I had to ask him twice if it was correct. I hope I don't have to call them for a long time but if I do I won't hesitate, and I hope they send Joseph again.
