Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC failed on Wednesday 07/29/20 we called Oasis Wednesday afternoon for a bid to replace the unit. The next morning at 7:50 the owner of the company was close by and personally looked at the situation made some excellent recommendations. He had a proposal in front of us with several options within 2hrs. We received two other proposals that were competitive; we decided to go with Oasis as we have some close friends that highly recommended them.
They did the install for us two days later. The installation of the Trane equipment was excellent and the crew were not only competent but about as nice of people you will ever meet.

Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating just finished installing a new unit for us. I highly recommend them. We ask Oasis for a quote on a new air/heating unit. Brandy came 100% prepared. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with her knowledge of HVAC. The install crew came and removed the old unit, installed the new one within the time frame we were given. Everyone at Oasis that we dealt with were professional. Again, I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Oasis. It was time to replace my 25 year old HVAC system. I carefully shopped around not only for the best deal but for the company in which I felt confident. Brandy from Oasis handled my quote and followup questions in a kind and professional way. She gave me options and we chose a more efficient unit which they offered at a competitive price. In the process I asked a lot of questions and Brandy followed up quickly and thoroughly. I came to trust her advice.

The installation went flawlessly. The installers were very professional and careful. Their work looked good and worked just fine the first time. I had a bit of noise from my return vent and they were out the very next day and replaced the vent, solving this minor problem. During the install the manager stopped by just to answer any questions I might have and check on the job.

We chose to have our vents cleaned as well. The crew that did this arrived on time and very carefully covered our furniture to keep it clean from any dust they might stir up. (There was very little by the way.) They worked quickly but thoroughly. At one point they showed me the air return before and after. There was a world of difference. As part of the process they cleaned the dryer vent as well.

All in all we are very happy with Oasis. We did not choose them because they were the cheapest. They were though very competitive. The little bit more we paid for this level of professionalism is more than worth every penny.

This company is nothing short of amazing. Since our first conversation the representatives were super helpful, kind, and attentive to each detail. They guided me through the whole process of applying for the system. The estimator came in inspected everything to make sure everything would go through. The installation crew was professional and the work was very clean. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. As a home that didn't have a cooler nor a/c we had given up hope. Oasis did it all!!! I highly without a doubt recommend Oasis.

We have used Oasis Air/Heating for a number of years and have always found their service to be "top of the line". Their service reps are always extremely courteous and knowledgeable and they are always very prompt. Unfortunately, this year's inspection revealed that we need a new heating/air conditioning unit installed, but we received a personal visit from both the owner and his son the same day of the inspection to tell us our options in order to make a decision on a new unit. It's easy to see why their service reps are so courteous. They have been trained well by the owners of the company. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the company and would highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating to everyone.

Dave was very informative and gave me tips on self maintenance to keep my unit running efficiently. The team that installed the air conditioner and heating systems were on time, very professional, answered all questions and left my home cleaner than they found it. Oasis has serviced my previous hvac and was always professional, prompt and willing to explain what needed to be done and why while answering all questions. Best customer service ever.
