We replaced a 20 year old AC/Gas Furnace with a super nice Trane AC/Heat Pump on our new house. Mike with Oasis took care of us during the entire process. They even worked with us as we remodeled that part of the house between removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The new unit was installed during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Oasis crew came prepared to work in our house while maintaining proper distancing and limiting contact with surfaces inside the house. I would gladly recommend Oasis AC & Heating to anyone who is looking for a quality AC/Heating company. Matt in Tanqe Verde.

I just had my mother’s AC installed this past weekend. I have to say the install was the easiest I have ever experienced. The knowledge and expertise of the Oasis staff was on point. I had a follow up call this afternoon & I am truly impressed. Great job Oasis team!!

David and Javier cleaned all of the ducts and vents including the dryer. They did an excellent job and were so very neat and respectful of my house. Great attitudes and very happy too. I highly recommend them as a team.

Thank you Oasis for being so professional but understanding and caring even though I am the tenant and not the owner. My. Ducts had rat activity and they were very detailed with their examination of each duct and finding and patching their entry holes. They did not rush through the service and made sure they did a great job. I know they have because I have not had a headache since after waking up. They cleaned up and left my house as it was. They were even kind to my dog while they were they. Maybe get up Nd look in your ducts Green Valley you may have unwanted visitors camping out with you if not it is just nice to have fresh air conditioning coming out into your home. Thanks again guys!

My wife and I are really enjoying our new TRANE HVAC system! Our HVAC system became inoperable earlier last week, and OASIS went the extra mile to get us a new HVAC and install it in a very timely manner!! The installation crew was very professional and did a great job! They made a point to solicit our advice and they did a terrific job of walking us through the process of setting up our thermostat. To David and Frank who applied the cleaning of all vents in the house – friendly, helpful, practicing safety at all times - we got to know them and enjoyed knowing that one is a chef and the other is a dad to a future golf pro! Noel and Isaac installed a new Trane air handler and spent at least 6 or more hours with a very difficult install. They were also so friendly and extremely competent. They didn’t stop, not even for a break. (I did at least convince them they needed a Pepsi break). They spent all the time to ensure a tough installation was top-notch and it’s worked perfectly. To the unseen heroes, we’d like to shout out to Debbie who handles the phones and customer service. There’s not one time she’s not been there for us. We thank you, Debbie!
