It went great! All of the products are great and the installs went well. But, to me, the true measure of a great company is not just the quality of the products, but the quality of the customer service. With the scope of work they did, I dealt with a lot of their staff; the audit surveyor, the salesman, the supervisor, the schedulers and installers.

I bought a new Air-condition I thought I could install it on my own, but I was wrong. So I decided to call an Air con technician. The technician came and was really polite and after that he assembled it very fast and installed expertly. Such a Great job!

The repairman was great!! He contacted me ahead of time to get additional details about my job so he could make sure to bring the right tools.. He uninstalled my very heavy window AC in an efficient way and went above and beyond to help me out..
