Christian Brothers did a great whole house re-pipe three years ago.
Recently had a significant under slab hot water leak. Thought this could not happen after a re-pipe because all the old corroded copper lines would have been abandoned and Pex replacements installed in their place. Turns out one hot water line was missed during the re-pipe and continued to be fed with hot water. The Christian Brothers team responded quickly and located the faulty remaining pipe. Chuck and his team provided efficient leak detection and repair that required re-opening a wall for access to the leaking pipe so water could be re routed and the damaged section abandoned.
All repairs and dry wall restoration were provided at no charge under the warranty for the original re-pipe service.

Personnel were excellent. Service was excellent. Only, I am not sure I understood the bill. I was quoted $300 for one drain replacement and $800 for 2 drain replacements. (Drain fixtures in 2 different sinks, but the same model/make of replacement for each) I was tempted to ask for 2 separate drain replacements, but figured that your repair personnel do not set the prices. What gives?
