Repair done to NOVO water softener. Technician located a part in a cardboard box with several other parts. It was hard to tell if the part was new, as it was not packaged. Just mixed in with several other parts that were not packaged as well. The technician explained that the hot water tank is likely to contained water not treated, and it would take roughly a week to restore to treated water. I will know by Wednesday Dec. 28th.

Joe and Luis were top notch. The first time here, they examined the job and discussed that it had to be completed in the next 3 days. They went out of their way to find the right part in the style I wanted, and arranged a second appointment for 3 days later. The job was completed in about two hours.. they even changed a shower head for me in another bathroom. As with other jobs with Christian brothers, they were attentive to my home, and thoroughly cleaned up after. Thorough explanations and instructions and superior courtesy is a hallmark! I wasn't here but I had a friend let the repairman in. Electricity wasn't getting to the water heater. A time had given out and needed to be removed. All is well. Great to have hot water again.

George was very courteous and pleasant and honest. He gave me quote that I could not afford at this time. But he is a very gentle and continuous man.

The service was great he was on time and in and out of my house in about 20 minutes. The technician that works with me his name is Barry, and I greatly appreciated the conversation we had in the simplicity of the service. I am using them again tomorrow based off of his professionalism and dedication to his work.

Joe was very personable, thorough, informative and helpful, unclogging my drain and replacing the bathtub faucet. He also checked all my other systems. I was not aware that this company provided so many different services. When I have a need again I will definitely call Christian Bros. Thank you Joe.
