Everything went very well. I am very pleased with all that was done.

My AC stopped working in the peak of the heat! Christian Brothers got someone out within 2 hours! Paul was wonderful! Very efficient and explained everything! Gave me options and got us up and running within a couple hours. We are thankful!

Paul was great! He was friendly and funny while providing excellent service. Did what he could to help avoid additional cost when possible. He gave expert advice. No hidden fees. I’ll definitely use Christian Brothers again.

Technician was more concerned about making money saying to me, “I really think you should pay more because I don’t make any from just the service call fee”. As an owner of my own service company, I was shocked to hear him say that. He then blamed any confusion on the lady who scheduled the service call saying, “she talks too fast and doesn’t take the time to listen to callers”. I still needed to replace my water heater but chose to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company.

My sister is elderly and disabled. Her ceiling fan need to have the receiver replaced. Her care giver call Christian Brothers. The service person tried to charge her $777.60 to replace a $40-$60 receiver that takes about ten minutes to install. She called me up crying so I went over and talked to the service person. He was indeed trying to charge her almost $800. I told him that his fee was outrageous and asked him to leave. He told me I didn't understand how business worked and insisted on a $250.00 service charge which we paid to get rid of him. Shameful!!!
