Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling

Our home is about 3 years old. Chas Roberts had installed the A/C system and our upstairs one went out. Won't discuss much about it, but even though they're supposed to warranty it, they couldn't make it for nearly a month out. Summer in AZ without A/C, not a good option. John came over, diagnosed the situation quickly and fixed it. He also came on the same day! Tons of people have been complaining about Chas Roberts in our area. The fuse had blown and it's not surprising since our air handler is held up by a single chain and shakes when it kicks on/off.

Pineapple air is the Best!!!. Shawnjon is very knowledgeable and courteous. He delivered as promised. On time, efficient and honest service. He performed our repair and maintenance and had our home cool again. We will & have referred pineapple air to everyone we know.

J.P. and his assistant were FABULOUS!!! They actually prevented me from having my house catch fire! Summer maintenance caught a serious problem that could have started a fire. Thank goodness I had not used my AC yet until this company came out and gave it a look to get ready for the heat. I'll always use this company.

Very quick response and fix. John came out within a couple of hours of calling on a hot afternoon to check out the issue, we had a specialty part that needed replacing and he made sure it was ordered and delivered the next morning. All got fixed within 24 hours of calling.

I just want to say if anyone I mean anyone needs repairs or a new A/C Unit these guys is the only way to go. From customer service to their quality in there work is amazing. I've had other companies repairing my A/C unit before and it was nothing like them. This is the best company by far in my opinion. I trust them 100% and more when I need my repairs in the future. We’re so happy for Pineapple Air! Our AC stopped cooling late this afternoon and John came right out and had all the parts we needed to get us cooling again. We have a 6 month old and so we couldn’t just “tough it out”, plus it was 107F today! Thanks again!

This company is fantastic. They understand when you live in Phoenix Arizona and your air conditioning doesn't work that it is an emergency. They are there 24/7. They do quality work at fare prices and their customer service is outstanding.
