We had an amazing experience. Technician showed up to our house within 2 hours of us calling in the evening. It was 115 degrees that day and they were able to get our air conditioner back up and running in no time. We have an older unit and know that it will need to be replaced in the near future but they were able to work with our budget and get it running for the time being. I know that's not always possible but we were sure glad they were honest with us this evening.. I would highly recommend this company.

Had some service done and our old AC and it decided to give out, called John to trouble shoot what I could do, as soon as I mentioned my wife was pregnant he was here. Got us up and running, gave us guidelines to follow so we can prevent our issues from happening again. He puts his customers first, and missed a few opportunities to make some extra cash to help me. 100% recommend them to everyone!

These guys are amazing. Owner JP came out and did a full thorough inspection of my system along with a coil cleaning. My wife and I moved in about 2 years ago and with that amount of dirt and soot that came out, I would be surprised if these machines had ever been cleaned.

Needless to say, JP did an awesome job and provided top notch customer service. I will be calling these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any heating and cooling work done.

Our A/C was acting up during the hottest time of the year. Called up Pineapple around 4pm on Wednesday, and had JP at the house within hours. A check of the system revealed a faulty valve in the air handler. Part was ordered ans installed Thursday evening.
