Called Hatch...no answer...called Pineapple answered on top of a roof watching a crane lower a unit..came right after...found the wiring issue..got my AC going..came back the next day via his word and put in a new part..JP the owner is a Lion and has a great story...he has made his business succeed due to drive, hard work and ambition. They pride themselves on service..highly recommend..

Unbelievable service! Came home Saturday night from a weekend in the mountains to find our A/C at home was out, 93 degrees in the house. Called 4 companies, major TV advertisers, no one was available within 24 hours. Called Pineapple Air because their Google ratings were 5 out of 5 with a dramatic number of reviews (43, if I recall correctly.). They were out in an hour! They gave me a choice, repair tonight (10:30 pm!!!) for $X, or replace tomorrow (Sunday???). Our unit was over 15 years old, so, we decided to replace it next day. Sure enough, late afternoon on a Sunday we had a seriously superior new heating and air conditioning system installed, up and running!! Mind boggling! It just doesn't get any better!

Pineapple Air LLC did an amazing job on our AC replacement. JP was able to make it out the same day to investigate the issue and offered multiple, cost effective options. He also followed up the next day to ensure that the new system was working out well. Very knowledgeable, prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!

Frank from Pineapple air came to our home quickly after I called. He was respectful, honest, and most importantly got our AC working again in this 115 degree heat. They were very reasonable and efficient. I will use them again, and referee them to anyone I know!! I highly recommend!!

We were referred to Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling by my niece...We contacted them over the weekend for an AC tune up...They responded and set us up for an appt later in the week...JP showed up when he said he would, got to work and was personable, efficient and knowledgeable...We recommend them highly...

John with Pineapple Air was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and was able to fit me in the very next day for an all day job of replacing our A/C units (20 years old and continued to leak refrigerant). Answered all my questions/concerns and did not make me feel pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do. Highly recommended! Great Service!

These guys were a class act. Within 12 hours of a handshake, I had equipment delivered to the house. Within 36 hours of the handshake, old equipment was being pulled out and new were being placed in. I have a house that needs 3 units to cool. These guys put in a 15 hour day getting the place set up. All 3 units were installed in a day. These guys work exceptionally hard and they were all courteous. I tried to call the office after the equipment was delivered to book install and the line on the front of the brochure takes you to the owners phone. The owner is very communicative. He lets you know successes and complications with solutions real time. He personally sealed everything on the way out of the door because he cares about his reputation. 2 years service and 10 year warranties on their equipment which is twin to Lenox. He also deals other brands. Super user friendly. You won’t find better in the valley. 3 very quality ACs installed in record time. I’m fully pleased.
