I had Pineapple Air install a new A/C unit on my house it met every expectation. The crew was friendly and professional, explained everything just like the owner JP explained to me earlier. Call them for any of ur maintenance or replacement needs.

The owner J.P. showed up way earlier than I thought he would today because it's Saturday and 114 degrees.
He quickly found the problem and fixed it at a fair price. Not only that but he rinsed the compressor coils for free.
What I really appreciated the most was how he didn't mind me asking questions and his answers seemed honest and unbiased.

Pineapple Air is amazing! I am a realtor and have had some emergency situations on my properties and Pineapple Air is the first when I call. He gets out there immediately and even comes out at 10 o’clock at night to make sure all of my AC issues are fixed as soon as possible. Not only do they keep my clients happy and cool but they service my own personal properties. They are fast, great prices, honest and will bend over backwards for you. They forever have my business!

I highly recommend Pineapple Air! The owner JP came out and did the estimate and had his crew in the next day replacing our AC unit. They were respectful, efficient, and friendly. The price was better than the other companies we got estimates from and JP was honest with what we needed and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also came out 2 days after the unit was installed to do a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good. We will definitely use him in the future!

I, absolutely love Pineapple Air and John! I called for routine service. He quickly responded, came out, did his diagnostics and gave me his assessments. I had my unit installed new approximately 4 years ago by Patrick Riley and used them to service it. Because it is in a tight space, Riley techs removed one of the filters and said it could not be replaced. The consequences of this decision was that the inside unit was completely clogged with dust, dirt and lint to the point it was blowing it all through the house. John told me how to fix it, replaced a capacitor and serviced the inside and outside components. This was all done within less than a week and would have been quicker if he did not have to order a manufacture's part. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and drive to do things right. This Company is very pleasant to deal with and will be my go to for my air conditioning/heating unit in the future.

John the owner of pineapple air came out same day to fix our ac that went out end of August. Luckily just a bad part that he had readily available in his van, within about a half hour the ac kicked back on and saved my fiancé myself and our 3 dogs from a grueling night that was about to be upon us. Thank god for John, he said he’d be here between 8-9p and showed up at 7:30 working outside in the heat in the dark. Can’t thank him enough!!!! Call Pineapple AC immediately if you are in need.

Overnight, I found an issue with our heater and immediately messaged Pineapple and they were responsive and supportive! They truly listened to my concerns and immediately assisted. Highly recommend!

Our A/C unit went out in this HOT Arizona heat and called up Pineapple Air. John was able to get to the house in an hour or so and it turned out the capacitor needed to be replaced and the electrical wiring was a complete mess. John worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in working order. Mind you, it was almost 11pm at night. Phenomenal service! Reasonably priced for the work that was done. Appreciate you John!

My air conditioning went out in the middle of August. My home warranty company couldn't have anyone out for two days. I called Pineapple on a recommendation from a friend. John was able to come out that afternoon and spend time diagnosing the problem and talking it through with my home warranty company. He arranged to have my new unit installed the next day and he and his team worked until 7pm to make sure all was working ok. Great personal service and I would recommend them to anyone.
