I can’t give them ENOUGH stars!! When our brand new only six month old A/C unit went out, Pineapple was the ONLY COMPANY quick to respond. And when the manufacturer said the part was on back order for FOUR WEEKS, they didn’t give up. The scoured the Valley for us to get a working part and made the fix in three days as opposed to four weeks. Truly went above and beyond. They have a life long customer in me and I will sing their praises aloud for all to hear.

AH-MAZING. Just do yourself a favor and call them. Our AC went out on a 110 degree day and when I went to Google to search for a company, Pineapple Air popped up as highly rated. I called them immediately based on the outstanding reviews. Originally, when I first called, we were told it would be late evening to get someone out so I hung up and tried a few more places to see if someone could come sooner because it was approaching 90 inside and we were getting hot and desperate. Thankfully for us - seriously - no one else was available any earlier so I submitted the request for Pineapple Air to come out. That was the best decision we could have made.

John was out within 1.5 hours and not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he had ALL the parts in his fully stocked van and was able to fix our AC in under an hour. Wow. I am blown away by the incredible customer service and expertise he displayed in solving our AC breakdown on one of the hottest days of the year. Pineapple Air lives up to all the great reviews and I clearly should have stuck with my first choice to begin with. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You will be our first choice from now on!

JP and his crew were great as usual! We had our A/C unit go out on a Sunday evening and they had a brand new unit installed and up and running by Tuesday!! Our air conditioner was blowing hot air. We called around to a few places and they couldn’t come out for a couple of days. Then I called Pineapple due to the 5 star rating he got. John was great! He came out at 9pm same day and fixed our unit within minutes. Definitely will recommend him and the company in the future.

I called for a quote for replacement of a whole AC system on Saturday night around 6pm and asked for his soonest available time for a quote. JP was able to come that same night a few hours later after all his other calls. The customer service was excellent and JP was very informative and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a new unit that same night, and they were able to get it installed on Monday. The installation guy, Bill, was friendly and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up well after he was finished. The AC unit has been working great and the Ecobee thermostat they installed is a great feature! We used to have to set our thermostat to 71 in order to keep the hot master bedroom cool enough to sleep in, but now we keep it at 76 while we're home and 74 when we sleep. It's been one week since installation and we've never had to go below 74. This will save us a ton of money in the long run! Great experience with Pineapple Air.. highly recommended!

I have a mini split ac unit for a room where I keep my electronics and spend much of my time working. Unfortunately my mini split wasn’t functioning properly and I still had to be in that room for hours at a time. I decided to call Pineapple Air Heating and Cooling and John made it out to me the same day to give me a quote. They were super reasonable and they added me to their schedule the next day. They took their time and fixed the mistakes I had made with the self install, cleaned up the setup and made sure I was getting cool air. Arizona summers are ridiculously hot and being in a room with no ac for hour at a time can be really dangerous. I’m very appreciative of the work they did and will be using them again if I have any more ac issues.

I highly recommend this company. My A/C went out on both of my floors in my two story house. I called my home warranty company Sweet Mountain air which were very unprofessional and unresponsive. They came out for a whole 15 minutes. Never came inside and said it was fixed and it was not. I called them for 5 days straight and no return calls or texts. It was upwards of 90 degrees in my house and 120 degrees outside. So I took it upon myself and reached out to Pineapple Air. Frank was great. He came out fast,, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made sure every was working before he left my property. Very professional & kind. Most of all they don't take advantage of you. Prices are reasonable & affordable. A lifesaver to my family. I will definitely be sending referrals when my friends & family need service- 5 stars

I got home from work at 7:00 today and my house was 92 degrees. I ran all of the checks that I knew how to do. When I went onto Google Pineapple Air showed up as the only place still open for business. I see them in the area a lot. Super colorful vans! I called and John quickly responded. He was at my house and had my air working by 8:30! Super professional service and the ultimate in technology. I could not recommend a company anymore than Pineapple Air.

Nice owner, quick service even in noon, and most important expertise, they fix the problem even no need into your house then fixed it
