Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling

Pineapple Air installed my new AC unit a couple of months ago. They did an excellent job and I love my new AC!!

A couple of weeks after my AC was installed, John personally came out to do a quality check and make sure everything was working appropriately.

The Smart Thermostat they installed keeps me aware of any issues. Today, on a Sunday morning, I noticed my AC temperature was not where I had set the thermostat. I called John and he was there within an hour to fix it! The issue was just a loose wire. My AC is working wonderfully once again!!

Glad to have had them install my system. They did it within a few days of it going out and it was a good deal. Months later, came out on a Sunday when I called and fixed a problem with the wire going to the machine from my home and got the machine going. Great customer service and caring attitude.

Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling is one of a few AC places in the valley I reached out to today to follow up on work done by a different AC place that had left us without heat/AC for 4 days.

While we didn't end up going with Pineapple Air to check things out (only because of timing) they still helped us figure out that the other AC place was being deceptive and trying to make some extra cash. We had been told the ECM motor was bad and needed to be replaced, but the company couldn't find the part and wanted us to replace the whole AC. Pineapple Air confirmed they had no issues locating the part. It turns out that the ECM motor wasn't even bad, there was a loose connection that just needed to be addressed.

John came out on a Sunday morning because our blower had stopped working! After he politely greeted our dogs, even taking the time to give scritches all around, he got right to work. It took less than 45 min before he had our home feeling nicely chilled. 10/10 would recommend Pineapple Air!

Had a last minute need for an AC quote on a potential property and the owner JP came out himself to inspect. Top notch service, very knowledgeable and super friendly! Will definitely be using Pineapple AirHeating and Cooling only from now on!

Our AC stopped working on a 110 degree day in August. I called several other companies who didn't pick up or respond, and one told me the soonest they could have someone come look would be 2 weeks later. I found Pineapple and spoke to John, and he was at the house within a few hours. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our system, and we were able to sleep comfortably that night. I was very impressed by his commitment to his customers and his professionalism. I'll be using Pineapple for all of our future service and repairs.

Just had a new state of the art electronic Air-conditioned by Pineapple Air Heating and Cooling. Owner John Provido immediately came to our home assessed the issue with our AC and provided us with an excellent estimate on a superb state of the art air-conditioner. John and his staff technicians Chino, Gunner and Christian, what a team! Professional, courteous, perfectionist work. Demolition was quick and clean, they took care to Uninstall the old unit and take it down from our attic with no issues. Then, the installation was amazing. The finish, technical set up and checks and balances of the unit, simply perfection. When the unit was started in minutes the house was immediately cooled to a comfortable 70°. Each room was quickly cooled and the vents were blowing cool refrigerated air. I highly recommend Pineapple Air for all your home refrigeration needs, and owner John Provido's expertise. One day service at an excellent price.

These guys are great. Installed a new ac when I moved into my house and it worked great. It went down on the hottest day of the year. JP came out that night and got it running but discovered the motor was bad. Somehow got a new motor delivered overnight from out of state and replaced the next day. Great service
