Good group of guys. Gave me a good price on a temp repair earlier this year. We ended up needing a whole new unit eventually and they gave me a same day turnaround and a fair price when that day came. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Great company, would highly suggest if you need any HVAC or maintenance. He is honest/knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Josh and his helper went above and beyond to clean anything they were in contact with. He warranted his repair for me as well.

Very professional, both 2 AC unit went out. I been told I need a new one,I was worried bec. I new it would be expensive. But Jason and his crew are very nice and honest and help me out, They fixed my 2 AC unit. And told me , that its still good just need some fixing. I was so overwhelmed . Thank you so much. AC failed over the weekend. We have a home warranty however it did not cover much of anything. Dreaded calling around the valley for an HVAC contractor. So many subpar outfits, it caused me some distress. Reached out to a friend who referred me to Kittrell and Josh. Much to my surprise, they had 5 stars: no one has 5 stars anymore. Spoke to him on Monday and explained my situation. He said they are installation 'artists.' We agreed on a unit and price and they showed up today (Thursday) at 7 am. Josh, Ryan, and Ivan are true artists and not only was it a perfect installation, they sat with me to register my two units. Can't say enough about these guys. They are not always the least expensive but they are the best at their craft. Thanks guys!!!!

Had Josh out to look at why my heat wasn't working. He came when he said he would and went above and beyond what i expected. No need to replace hgot everything cleanand fixed the electrical problem i had. He gave a great price especially for all he did and I would recomend him first over any other company I've used. Prompt service no long scheduling issues and great work. Thanks Josh!

Seriously the best experience I have ever had with a company! Paul came out and was not only so personable and hilarious, but incredibly knowledgeable! I have recommended Kittrell and Paul to all of my friends and family for their hvac needs and will continue to do so!

Call day before, was on time. During install, found a way to save me money. No hidden fees or extra. Quality of work good. I would recommend, and use them on my next project.

Had an Issue at one of our homes it was 114 F out and we needed an 8 ton AC unit repaired ASAP not only did Josh come out the same day he gave us the best quote out of the 5 contractors we got quotes from !!! 5 stars we have now used josh on 3 other homes we manage he does Fantastic work !!
