Josh is truly a perfectionist. My heat went out right when we got snow in Arizona. He came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate. He came back the next day to complete the service with the part. Josh will help you to understand what he is doing and how he is fixing the issue. He is a really good guy and you should trust him with any HVAC issues. I highly recommend- this is my first google review. I simply don’t take the time to do them but he deserves it! Thanks Josh!

Josh came out and looked at our ac unit and was quick to come fix it. They really care about their customers and get the work done fast and most importantly are honest. He didn’t try to sell me a new AC unit like the past three guys previous to him. I will recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends in the area.

I've been using Kittrell services for about a year now. I have an OLD hvac system and they are keeping it humming along. They are always courteous and efficient and fairly priced. In addition, they are punctual and have worked me into their schedule when I've had emergencies. Great guys. Highly recommend.

These guys were great, came out quick and fixed our fridge for a great price. He really cared about fixing it right the first time and not over charging. The first call we made quoted us such a high price that we would have been better off buying a new one. Happy I got a second opinion. Kittrell Services will be my first call from now on.

Kittrell Services went out of their way to provide great customer service. I had them come out to look at a three year old AC system. Josh took the extra time to make sure the system was running just right. I then threw at him a problem with a plumbing issue I was having. Josh brought in another employee to work on the plumbing while he finished up on the AC work. Both of them made me fell comfortable and confident the work was being done by people who care about it getting done right. Thank you.

Josh and his crew resized the duct work and added a return last fall(2021). Everything went as planned, they showed up on time to do an estimate and were on time and schedule with completion of the work. He will now be my go to for HVAC service.

First of all I NEVER write reviews. My experience with Josh Kittrell was simply excellent. He was able to quickly access my heating issues and he took care of it quickly. He even went further and tighten up the entire unit and put in rubber pads where need to help it run quieter
He answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with
When I replace this unit in the future, Josh will be getting my call!
