Our AC unit failed to start recently, so I called Ellsworth and later that day a service man named Freddy came to check it out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found some wires that were connected incorrectly, and discovered that our old thermostat wasn't working properly. He replaced it with a new digital thermostat, and then tested both cooling and heating to make sure everything was working well.
Our experience is that with the new thermostat and Freddy's diligent work, the unit works better than ever. Thanks, Freddy and Ellsworth!

I had tto get my a/c fixed immediately and had a home warranty that could not service me until 4 days later. I called Ellsworth Home Services and got service within 1 1/2 hrs. My home is cool and I would highly recommend their services. Kind, friendly employees and fast, efficient service.

Our ac stopped working and we had someone immediately come out to look at the problem. The man that came out did not dress appropriately (no logo or representation of who he was working for), he also had a black eye. He went up on the roof for about 15 minutes and said nothing was wrong except that it needed to be cleaned and still charged us their charge. We didn’t really feel comfortable with the experience so we didn’t have them clean our unit. We called another company to clean out or unit since it was acting out again and they came down with photos and explained what the issues were and there was a lot wrong with the unit not just cleaning the unit.

I can't thank Clint and his crew enough. They are miracle workers and/or ninjas. After a 5 day stay in the hospital to deliver our new daughter, I came home the day before her homecoming, only to find our AC had quit on us... in late May... in Phoenix. I called Ellsworth Home Services for a consultation, and Clint (the owner) came out personally to take a look since his field crew were all on jobs. After hearing the situation, he swung into gear and started making it happen with our dual AC replacement.

What normally would have been a week out job was done and running by 11am the following morning, and by the time we were tucking our newborn into her crib at home, the junk truck was just wrapping up hauling away the debris. What these guys accomplished for us was nothing short of miraculous, and I can't thank them enough. We will be calling them back for all our home projects from now on.
