Buying a new home is stressful but having Ellsworth Home Services inspect the A/C and give me advice was very helpful. They explained the repair and replace options. I decided to replace the 26 year old unit, and got 2 year 0% financing. The installation was professional and efficient. A slight problem with water leaking into the thermostat a few weeks after the install and days of heavy rain a few weeks ago was quickly resolved the next day. I highly recommend Ellsworth Home Services!!

Clint and Stacy pulled off what was deemed a miracle during a pandemic and a record setting heat wave to find needed parts for our HVAC. I had several quotes for a new a/c unit. Clint was the only one that really educated me on what I currently am running and made recommendations off of how our house was currently set up. He added a homerun vent straight to the master since this was the farthest from the unit and would always run warm. Great recommendations plus the install crew was on time, professional, and really took pride in being the best.

I was happy with the services provided by Darin, Freddie, and Shane. They installed a new Rheem unit for air conditioning and gas heat on 8/10/20 and today installed insulation in the house and garage attic. They were kind and polite and usually wore masks as I asked, unless they were up in the hot attic. They answered all of my questions. They worked really hard. The costs were higher than I expected them to be, but I did get a senior discount, and their costs are no doubt competitive. I chose them because of their A+ BBB rating and because they are local.
