Called because there was water dripping from the upper drain. They were there in 15 minutes fixed the problem which was a loose pipe and the leak was gone. These guys are amazing. I would definitely recommend them for your AC needs.

I had a Rheem a/c unit installed in my home today by Shane and Colton, employees of Ellsworth Home Serv. They arrived on time, installed the units and went above and beyond to eliminate any structural issues to my attic as the new unit was a little larger than the old one. They did not take any breaks, were very respectful of my property and to me. Thank you, Shane and Colton. Also, a thank you to Darrin, who sold me on getting the new unit, which he did, based on my concerns about the old a/c unit. I am very happy with Ellsworth.

Called Ellsworth Home Services to give me a insulation estimate and the tech came out and taught me everything I need to know about insulation so I went ahead with them and then they came back out and sprayed insulation in my attic. And I’m already seeing a difference. Everybody I dealt with was super nice and friendly. Recommend 10/10

Ellsworth Home Services is by far the best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with! I had my AC go out Tuesday night at 6pm and they had a technician out to my house by 7pm. I couldn’t believe they had someone out as fast as they did. In the past it has always taken days for other HVAC companies to even diagnose the problem . They were able to diagnose and fix the problem on site and I was back up and running in less than 2hrs from when it stopped working. I thought Jimmy John’s was freaky fast. Ellsworth Home Services was even quicker!! Highly recommended! I’ll never use a different HVAC company again!

With all the different AC businesses out there it's difficult to pick one you can TRUST and most importantly RELIABLE. Working with Stacey has always been comforting and assuring that she will get her people to address my concerns. If you want your AC issues resolved I HIGHLY recommend Stacey and the Ellsworth home team.

Did not honor the 10% off coupon that was the reason I selected Ellsworth. Told the rep (Don) not to charge my credit card with the non-discounted amount and he went ahead and did it anyway after telling me that the 10% off was included even though it was nowhere to be found on the quote. He then texted me a picture of a quote with the discount, but he had never sent me this quote! Now having to dispute the amount with my credit card company. Decent job and work, but I am frustrated with the customer service.

Update: I modified from 1 to 3 stars as the company honored the coupon. The process was actually quite smooth, which I appreciated, after getting in touch with the administration rather than the rep that at first refused to honor it.

I had Ellsworth Home Services out for a insulation estimate and Clint educated us on how to make our home more efficient and comfortable. So happy with the outcome, will use again 10/10

Tech was here for semi-annual checkup. He never opened the unit to check areas that have always been checked in the past with gauges. Never came inside to check air temp. at vents. Hosed down unit and said everything was good; he was here maybe 10 minutes. I feel that because I have a contract with free checkups I am really not getting much of a checkup to confirm my unit is working effectively and efficiently.

Danny V was very thorough and helpful.He answered all our questions and then some.
