Rob Roper from Efficiency Mechanical responded to my call; my A/C compressor was making a loud noise and being an old unit I was afraid that it's time was up. Rob was on-time for the appointment (early, actually!) and addressed the situation. He diagnosed the issue (minor) and explained to me what he recommended and what the outcome would be. Never once did I feel pressured into buying anything or having any work done. Rob basically laid out my options and left me to decide what to do. I enthusiastically recommend Efficiency Mechanical and will use them myself in the future, should the need arise.

Bill the AC Tech showed up on time which is huge in this industry. Definitely knew what he was doing had me up and running in no time very honest very polite would most definitely use again especially if I could get Bill highly recommend them.

I have a 5 year old unit and am on my 4th blower motor. 2 summers ago I had them come out to repair the blower motor on a 3 year old Carrier unit. The tech took forever to fix and even had to call out another tech, they didn't finish until after 10pm and even then the repairs weren't complete because they had to order a defrost board. The part was supposed to be replaced with manufacture warranty parts. A year later the blower motor failed again, this time I called another company, The other company tells me that they didn't use a manufactured replacement part and that the part they did put it was to big. So called efficiency to come fix the motor, luckily it was still under their 1 year warranty. 1 year and 2 months later the blower has failed again but this time all they offered was 15% off repairs.

Efficiency Mechanic has been our heat/cool service provider of choice for many years. Always on time, always efficient! We would recommend without reservation.

Bill was curtious and on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was up front with charges and cost. I have dealt with other A/C companies in the valley, but I will be using Efficiency Mechanical going forward.

Bill came in to verify problem with gas valve on furnace reported during annual check by another HVAC service
Bill was pleasant, and cleaned up after finishing work.

Also, cost to replace valve was LOWER than quoted by previously mentioned HVAC service.
