    Brian was fantastic. He delved right in and got me heat in minutes. He didn't even laugh at my new thermostat installation with a wire in wrong place. I have found a respectable Carrier Dealer to take care of my newer Carrier system I purchased three years ago from a dishonorable Carrier Dealer.

    We have been dealing with Efficiency Mechanical since 2006 when they installed multiple A/C units. Each year we buy the "Service Contract" and our units have really performed quite well over those years. Efficiency has been reliable and thorough each year on the semi-annual exams of our units. Always polite and they wear booties!! Nobody does that. Class.

    Very unhappy with their service. The prices they give are exorbitant, and they have no facts to back them up. Service isn't great, and they don't itemize their bills. So, when I called to ask for a breakdown of why it cost 1700 dollars for changing a blower motor, the lady gave me a runaround. We finally got a call back, and some numbers, after having asked repeatedly for it. 1200 dollars for a blower motor. They also charged us 100 dollars to get the motor! The office is in Tempe! Really, you are going to charge us a 100 dollars for just going back and forth, after we paid you for the service call? Shame on you. Unbelievable. We had used them before both at my house and at my company, and now they lost our business in both places. We will never use them again. I hope that the 1700 dollars was worth the tens of thousands of dollars you've lost from losing work on 8 AC units in two locations, with a company that is growing in size every year and getting more office square footage. We were going to have them clean the air ducts in another suite at our company, and change out one of the older AC units. A cautionary tale on how to lose a loyal customer.

    Ron came by and worked on the unit and found a couple of things wrong. He ran the unit for 2 hrs and to make sure nothing was leaking and pressure was good. All was well, about an hour later I heard a louder rattling noise coming from the unit. I called my landlord and he called Ron. Ron was back in about 15 minutes. He came to the door and asked what was wrong. I said do you want to hear it and he said yes, I turned the unit on and it was like a washer spinning unbalanced it was loud and shaking. He immediately turned it off. Checked the fan which he did before only this time the fan blade seemed loose. We the blade sheared itself off the hub on the motor. This was around 6:30 PM. He called and couldn't get a part. He talked to Bill and explain to Bill what has happened. Bill told him he's on his way but has to stop at Home Depot. Bill got here after a while Bill had a temporary solution. He bought a industrial fan like a 40" and laid it on top of the unit bungee strapped it down and ran a extension cord out and we run it. The temperature started to drop and I was able to sleep comfortably last night. That you for thinking out of the box and I would definitely recommend your services. We took pictures but maybe they cN post it. Thanks again. GMANN

    My initial call was returned the same day and service scheduled the following day! The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and my problem was diagnosed and taken care of within hours. I would definitely recommend them!
