I just got off the phone with Susie. I asked if Croffoot Heating and Air Conditioning serves Casa Grande and she said no. I was ready to end the call, but she referred me to someone in Casa Grande and asked if I wanted any unbiased HVAC advice. I said yes and she spent about twenty minutes sharing expert advice. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was so nice to have someone spend that much time speaking with me knowing that she wasn't going to make any money from it. Truly a refreshing experience considering there are some bad actors in the HVAC business. I only wish they served my city. I would give them my business without hesitation.

Susie and Kirk are absolutely wonderful - the best in the business. They stand behind their service and take great care of their customers.
