I use Croffoot for both my home and rental properties. They are uber professional in dealing with my tenants and so responsive to all of our requests! Susie is a joy to work with on scheduling and paperwork/payments! I always appreciate the complete explanation of the work required, coaching on the reasons and the fact that they are straight up about when a repair is the best option over a replacement that might make them more money. Trustworthy, dependable, and honest. I initially had Precision Air come out. Precision quoted me $2600 in repairs for a noisy air blower and "other issues". They also wanted me to buy their 4 yr service contract, clean and seal my ducts, which they do, and top up my insulation. I was referred to Croffoot Air by a friend, for a second opinion. Kirk and Susie were great. Necessary repairs fixed. Saved me almost 2K. No hard sell on extras. I wouldnt call anyone else.

These guys are my reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable cost source for any work on the 20 year old 3-AC systems in my home. They have replaced a few minor items over the years, along with cleaning the coils, and adding refrigerant along with some leak sealing additives that have kept the system working perfectly.
