Superior Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a new AC put in a few years ago (not by Croffoot) and thought we were going see changes in our air issues. We did not and were disappointed that we could not get our house to cool down to where we wanted. Keeping it maintained at even 78 was difficult especially when there was a lot of people over or if it was 105+ outside. Some rooms would be at 78, others at 71, another at 83. We had Croffoot come out to take a look at everything and they immediately recommended some duct changes. Andy showed and explained everything and it made complete sense. The price was extremely reasonable given how much it fixed our issues. Our thermostat was able to easily get and hold at 74 with outside temp at 113, which we couldnt even get to 77 with it running non stop before. Mason and his co-worker did an awesome job. Highly recommend getting them to check out if you are having similar problems.

I have used Croffoot for all my HVAC repair and will recommend them every time I can. They do amazing work, take their time to make sure it's done right, and always show up when they say. That right there is 5 stars...bit there is more. They are honest and actually will not over charge. A few times I was presented with worst case scenario only to find out it was not that major and my quote went from thousands to only a hundred or so. I know as much about AC units as I do flapping my arms flying. So it's very important to me to have someone I can trust.

Very impressive company and service. Since i am a licensed Architect, Structural Engineer and Civil Engineer in private practice for over 50 years and have experienced observing, instructing and even recovering for my clients from very bad to unqualified installations and service i can say that Croffoot Heating tops them all. Croffoot comes to our house twice a year for our contract to check our air conditioner; they do an excellent job. We just had a motor burn out on a hot Saturday night; they came out Sunday morning and fixed it. They are the best, we highly recommend them. The technician (Andy, in our case) is trustworthy, competent, and did a great job.

I had a standard AC checkup to get ready for summer. The two gentlemen were knowledgeable and very friendly. They let me know that one capacitor was acting up and I should probably replace it before summer begins. They shared with me the reasoning, the price, and how long it would take. The service was wrapped up quickly and without issue. A week later I receive a check in the mail from Croffoot for $94.00. Susan lets me know that the capacitor was in warranty so she was refunding me the difference! That's honesty!! I would have never known or thought twice about the warranty yet Susan took care of that for me. I will refer and continue to use Croffoot as long as I live here.

Croffoot was Professional, honest and forthright with information. I had them out twice to look at my unit and replace it. Each time they went above and beyond my expectations by far. They not only replaced my unit for the best price in town but cleaned my vent, replaced the filter, and put in a new digital thermostat at no extra charge. If you want quality work, friendly staff, and a good family company you would be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else!

Kirk and his wife Susie were a pleasure to deal with. They from the start made me feel really comfortable about price and not trying to gouge me for anything. I even expressed interest in doing some of the work myself and totally supported that and gave some pointers. They were extremely flexible and knowledgeable. I also really liked that Kirk came out and took a look at things once the crew finished up, it made me feel a lot more better that he put some eyes on the work as well. The crew was awesome they got straight to work and didnt mess around. They even let me know that a package was delivered while they were completing their work. Its just a great local family business.

What an amazing and trustworthy company. I have had super bad experiences in the past with other air conditioning companies and about 4 years ago ran into Croffort Heating. From the first phone call and talking to the owners wife Susie, I was absolutely in taken.

Kirk is honest and very knowledgeable about heating and AC concerns. When we were renting and the AC unit was broken, Kirk did everything in his power to help us minimize the cost of refilling the coolant every month or so and once we bought the property, he was really great in helping us get the right AC unit for our house. Giving Kirk and Croffoot Heating and AC a 5 Star rating seems a less than it deserves but since that is the highest rating you can give a company, that is my rating. If you are looking for an experienced, reliable and honest Heating and AC repair and replacement company, Croffoot is the only place you need to call.
