Airamedics Heating and Air Conditioning

Brandon, Tim and Andrew came out an hour earlier than what they had quoted.. They were very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and with in 2 hrs had our A/c back up and running. Will use them again and recommend them to everyone..

The tech that came to the house first told me that the ceiling beneath the attic air handler caved in because i did not properly replace the filters. But while he was here I replaced them and the system continued to leak.

He could not initially repair the pan beneath the air handler and he did nothing to patch the hole in the pan so it continued to leak onto the bedtoom ceiling for three days until he returned. When he returned he did have the shop vac he needed so he left the system leaking for another day. At 7 pm on the fourth day, he installed a new pan and told me the system was fixed.

But he left a huge mess on the floor and dirty hand prints on the ceiling. I have pictures of both.

I would never recommend your company to anyone.

My AC unit was blowing hot air and of course I assumed the worst....it was going to be so expensive to fix I would have to use the kids college fund to fix it.... Josh came out and quickly diagnosed it as a problem with the thermostat! Grabbed a new one, installed it and we are back up and running cool. Talk about honest and putting the customer first, we will definitely be calling on Airamedics in the future.

On a cold Sunday morning we wanted to set our thermostat to a higher temperature; however, we noticed there was no heat generated. We put a service call in and on Monday at 11:40 we had the pleasure to meet A.J., who diagnosed the problem within five minutes and managed to fix it as well in about twenty minutes! A.J. was very custom oriented, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. And above all a very nice person to do business with. A.J. is an excellent professional and representative of this company. We will not hesitate to use Airamedics in the future.

Great experience working with Josh and Airamedics. After working with several different companies in the East Valley, Airamedics is the only company I can genuinely trust to know that not only will the job get done correctly but at an honest and fair price. It is like finding that perfect car mechanic - here to help as opposed to take you for a run! Thanks guys!!!!

Marcus arrived on time to perform a pre-season tune-up on my heater. He was great!! He finished in no time and no delays. 😁

Joe came out 3 times this week to repair various issues with our old air conditioning unit. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and he took the time to explain the problems and the repairs needed to resolve them.

Ryon, came to service the ac at our house and was very professional and also very knowledgeable about the system. I would highly recommend this gentlemen for anybody needing service.

We had such a great experience with Josh and Joe with airamedics. We were very pleased with their service. Both were very knowledgeable and explained every thing to me and how they planned to fix our AC unit. Would definitely recommend them!

Joe! Hey buddy I really appreciate you coming on down to AJ to get us up and running. I appreciate the information about R22 phase out. We looked online and read all about it. My wife says that you treated her with respect and took the time to explain what the issue was. The last dude made her feel stupid for being a woman and asking questions so that means alot that you showed her what's up. We are going to get a few other bids like you suggested but we have your bid to and that's great that you didn't try to push us. We have the list of questions that you left us to ask other companies and a few of our own....very helpful.
