{1} It was nice that someone came out within 24 hours since I knew our system needed refrigerant in AZ heat (not cooling well, thus running much more than necessary), and it did. {2} The tech was plenty nice enough, though, when he had to return the next day for leaving something undone which caused the A/C compressor to kick on very noisily, he was a tad bit defensive when I was trying to ask questions. And {3} the cost was too high: I have a friend (not near us here) who has owned/run his own A/C-Heating business for decades, and he was aghast, saying that he wouldn't have charged half of the amount for all they did. (Since the system is 12 yrs old and not well maintained, it was cleaned, a compacitor was changed out, and a hard start was added; he was here for 2 hrs at a cost of over $2K.) Another A/C guy said his company wouldn't have done the same things in our situation, while a third said they would've charged at least $300 less. Anyway, as usual, without more trouble than my old MS-riddled body and mind can take, I just have to sit back and take it. :( At least it's running really well now, so am happy about that much; our finances are just so tight now, and I hate spending so much for this or feeling again like I'm being gouged; but life under radical leftists will only get worse.

The technician was on time and communicated everything that was involved. When he was done we went over all work completed. He was very professional and polite. Would use and recommend them again.

Elijah Air rescheduled me the next day. I was taken care of by Juan their technician. He came, diagnosed the problem and went to get the parts to fix it. I am happy to say my house is cooling and in a better condition. Elijah Air made up for the mistake and I appreciate their promptness and tenacity. I look forward to working with them if any other problem arises.

I scheduled through my Home Warranty company and they sent me to Elijah air on Wednesday. Thursday morning I get a call from Elijah air to schedule a time. I told them I work 9-5 and I had family coming in Friday Night. They said that 7-11 was available. I asked essentially if I would be first and it was pretty clear I was. Friday Morning I wake up at 5 to get my house cleaned for my family and my dog kennel cleaned out to put my dog in there during the service call. 7 AM rolls around and no response. People can be a few minutes late I suppose. 7:30 I get concerned and call Elijah, I was told they had a staff meeting they didn't anticipate. I reminded the representative that I had to work at 9 and she said she remembered and put me on hold to see how long till I could get service. The response was an excuse: "Even if we get there by 8 our tech will not have enough time to review your AC unit. Call your home warranty and see about another vendor." Had they told me that on Thursday when we scheduled this I would have found another vendor, they have no respect for peoples time. If they could not schedule me appropriately I would have sought out another company. This is blatant disrespect. I understand we all have jobs and we all have things come up. But do not schedule customers if you plan on having a staff meeting. Schedule a staff meeting instead. I can only imagine how many other customers had to wait or are being delayed by their inefficiency. I hope people read this review and can see that when dealing with Elijah Air they need to get it in writing that they will show up as promised and not waste anyone's time. In the meanwhile I have company coming over and a hot house.

Elijah Air came out to my condo and fixed our unit that had been broken for a long time! They were on time and were very professional. Jesus was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of service on their a/c!

They dont preform qulality work, and over charge you for sub par preformance. They also take several days to come out and "fix" a problem to have it break directly after it is "fixed". I wouldnt wish this company on anyone in the Phoenix area. I plan on filing a claim to have them removed from my warranty company.
