We were panicking because our AC went out right smack in 100+ degree weather on a Sunday at 6pm in the evening. Our home warranty would not be able to come out for 2 days so we called H.A.R.E and they told us they can be there in an hour to fix it especially since it was closer to 92 degrees in our home. I always refer them to clients and to my family. I will always refer them in the future. They are a wonderful company and they truly care about their clients and their families. I love this company - they are completely honest and I can feel that they are here to make the best of the situation without added expense. I Az, and I know cause I just moved from Long Island last year where I did have those things. I was just told last week that I need new air conditioners and that if I don't spend like $700 for new plugs or something that my system was going to go on fire!!!! Pipes in the attic were pitched up so that the water was running backwards instead of out and I have had the last company here at least a half a dozen times and no one noticed it. Shann walked in and immediately saw those issues as well as others that he is taking care of for a very fair and reasonable price. And he immediately told me that there was absolutely NO NEED to replace this system right now - its 10m years old and now that Shann is taking care of it, I am confident that it will last a few more years at least. The other thing he discovered was that when Precision m put this new system in ten years ago, they only changed the unit in the attic and left ALL of the 20 year old pipes etc. I have a receipt from Precision from that install which clearly states that all was being changed to reflect all new piping and equipment. The person who owned this house before me paid for new everything - a lot of money - and did not get that. Shann is going to maintain this system and when I DO need to replace, he will be replacing all as He is an honest hardworking good person. I highly recommend HARE for all your heating and cooling needs. Please stay away from Precision - they are bad bad people!!~!

A big thank you to H.A.R.E. for always being there for us! From setting up the appointment with Tawn to having Shann out to our house to check out our air conditioning unit - it was a stress-free and affordable experience. We received text messages for appointment reminders and a notification that he was on the way. We love that we never have to worry about "up sells" and, if it is repairable, they will repair! I can not thank HARE enough for everything they have done for my family! I had a new heating and cooling unit installed in my home 3 years ago which had never worked right, and then the compressor died this month. Another was installed hundreds of dollars later, which also failed 6 hours later. After multiple attempts to get the original installer to correct the issue and 6 days without AC, we called HARE for a second opinion. They immediately responded, and Tawn was so understanding and took all the necessary information. I then received follow up emails to keep me in the loop at all times, and Shann came out the following day... to my nightmare.

Long story short, my previous installer had poorly wired my new equipment, had never cleared the lines properly when changing to a different type of coolant, and with this latest repair, had installed the wrong compressor .... Among many other things... causing catastrophic failure to all major components.

Shann was able to diagnose all these errors within 2 days and installed a temporary unit to cool my house down so that my family could come home. He has since been deligently working with my warranty company to get new parts shipped in as quickly as possible, and has checked in multiple times to ensure everything is okay.

It's this kind of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond that has earned our business for life.

We had one of our condenser units stop working. They were quick to schedule. Turns out it was just over heated and working good now. I can’t say enough good things about this company!
