Had my a/c up and running in no time. Was super quick.

They were very responsive and able to fit me in the schedule the day I called! The Tech Shann was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem when 3 out 4 of my A/C units went down. They were able to give me a reasonable estimate the next day and fit me in the schedule again for repairs.

I called in the morning to see if I could schedule an appointment to get a check up of my AC unit since it will start heating up sooner rather than later. They came out that very same day! They are always prompt, courteous and affordable. We have been using HARE for several years and they have never sold me something that we didn't need or tried to get us to buy a new unit. They are honest to the core. I love supporting local businesses and this is a very well run family business!

I contacted H.A.R.E. to get custom filter kits built for my AC units. They took care of all the fabrication for the filters and mounting kit. Shann came out to the house and got these installed while helping me with some additional questions/concerns I had. Again, top notch customer service and communication. Thanks!
UPDATE: (2 years with H.A.R.E.) We continue to use H.A.R.E. for our regular maintenance and when repairs come up. They continue to do an absolute stellar job, not only with their work but their communication and professional conduct. We highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else.

I had concerns about my AC unit, and Shann and Chelsea came out the same day. They thoroughly checked out the unit, as well as the attic, to ensure everything was functioning properly. They explained the problem, answered all my questions, added refrigerant and were in their way. Fast, efficient, honest and affordable!

I’ve used H.A.R.E. Several times over the last 7 years we’ve been in Anthem. The are the best. I called them at 8:00 a.m this morning. By 10:00 they were on site and fixed my problem by 10:30. Their customer service and expertise are the best I’ve ever dealt with.

Landlord has us contact H.A.R.E. recently when our a/c stopped working one afternoon (and it was 110 out). When I called I got voicemail, but left information, and they called very shortly afterward. They were able to get someone out that day in a 4 hour window late into the evening, and were very apologetic about it, which I told them, don't be, I'm just glad they could come out, I'd stay up to midnight if I had to. They came out, figured out the issue which required the order of a new controller board for our air handler, but jerry rigged it so the air handler would run constantly (but the condenser worked correctly off thermostat, so it wasn't a huge expense) so we had a/c until the part came in. A few days later, they called, had the part, got us working again. Nothing but praise for this company.

Shann was efficient trust worthy and kind. He and Chelsea did an amazing job. Our go to guy for all our future AC needs. Thank you for getting out here so quickly!!! 5 stars!!

Company is run by a wonderful young couple who are honest and hard working as well as extremely easy to work with. Their service met every standard and their fair pricing was a great bonus.
I personally would recommend this company and their work to anyone who requires an HVAC expert.
