Sentry was such a big help to my family and I yesterday! Our generator went out during the storms and they had it back up and running in no time. This was important due to the fact that we have sump pumps keeping water out of our basement. They were very prompt and prepared for the issue that I had. I have been using Sentry for 3 years now and can not say enough good things about their service. They have always given me fair pricing and superb service. I will continue to recommend Sentry to all of my family, friends, and clients.

Technician went all out to find part due to a manufacturer defect. Explained all my options and part supplier worked with Sentry in swapping defective part for new one. I paid repair charge and part supplier handled recovery their cost. Win for me and Sentry. Credit to Sentry tech going all out! Tech explained what I should do to recover repair charge from manufacturer.

They don't recommend repairs that aren't needed and I feel safe knowing my system will function with them keeping it maintained.

We had our upstairs HVAC unit replaced 10 years ago by a Home warranty company immediately after we moved into the house. It was installed improperly and gave us trouble for years. It went out again, so we contacted several companies to get quotes on replacing both the upstairs and downstairs unit (original to house from 1991). David from Sentry was our sales expert and did a fantastic job explaining what was required, what and how they would install, working with us to find the right system for the home at the price point we could afford.

Then, Jordon and Randy came to do the 2 day install job. They were as professional, courteous, efficient, and hard working as I've ever seen in HVAC contractors. They made the installation process a delight! We trusted them so much, that we left them there at our home doing the install for 5 hours by themselves. They were outstanding and we were VERY impressed!

They are always available when I need them, even late at night or on holidays, and they always send a professional who knows how to handle the problem. They keep me informed on what might be coming up and anything that is needed at present. I like that their semi-annual check-ups eliminate surprises. In short, I never consider changing!

Within 4 hours of calling, Steven had already gone to the property and fixed the problem. Not only that but they were very easy to talk to and courteous. Certainly will use them again, a real lifesaver!
